Classic Pork Lovers Bundle

Red Meat Heritage PORK  Our red meat, heritage breed pork are never fed corn or soy, and are finished on pasture and millet/sorghum. This box is great for anyone who loves to smoke meat, or grill out! Each box will be between 14-16 lbs and could include the following cut breakdown:   30-50% Prime cuts, including loin, sirloin, and shoulder chops 30-40% Hearty cuts including hams, butts, cutlets, hocks, spare ribs and stew meat 30-40% Ground cuts including ground pork, breakfast sausage and German sausage   Subscription customers will be rotated through all cuts to ensure they are receiving everything our pork has to offer.  Tir Bluen animals are processed at our Texas State Inspected, family owned processing facility located on our home ranch.
