This is a great bundle for you if you want to try all of our proteins! 14-16lbs  Will Include: Red Meat Heritage PORK (free of soy & corn), 7 Day Dry-Aged Lamb, 21 Day Dry-Aged Grain Finished BEEF or 14 Day Dry-Aged Grass Finished BEEF + 2-3lbs Pork Chops  + 1-2lbs Lamb Chops  + 1-2lbs Ribeye + 2-3lbs KC Strips + 2-3lb Sirloin + ~5lbs of Hearty cuts including: Ground Beef, Roasts, Sausages, Tenderized Round Steak, etc..  Tir Bluen animals are processed at our Texas State Inspected, family owned processing facility located on our home ranch.
