Lamb Lovers Bundle

7 Day Dry-Aged LAMB Our heritage breed, grass finished lambs offer high quality, tasty, lean protein. We dry-age our lamb for 7 days to develop tenderness in the meat. This box is chop heavy which is great for grilling out or putting on the smoker! This bundle will be between 14-16 lbs and could include the following cut breakdown:  +60-80% Prime cute including loin, and sirloin chops +20-40% Hearty cuts including ground lamb, stew meat, spare ribs, shoulder chops, and shanks.  Subscription customers will be rotated through all cuts to ensure they are receiving everything our lamb as to offer.  Tir Bluen animals are processed at our Texas State Inspected, family owned processing facility located on our home ranch.
