Advanced beginner - Intro to Knits: Fae Cardigan

In this 3 part advanced beginner class Aaronica aka Needle and the Belle will teach you how to sew knit fabric and you'll make the perfect cardigan! If you're a bit intimidated to sew stretchy fabrics but want to, and you’d love to learn to use a serger, this class is a place to start. The Fae Cardigan from Made for Mermaids patterns features a relaxed fit with dolman sleeves, various finishing options including a shawl collar or neckband, 4 different sleeve options, and 3 hem / hemline options (tunic, cardi or duster) with optional pockets. (Fits full bust sizes 30″-60″ Fits natural waist sizes: 23″-57″ Fits full hip sizes: 34″-64″) In the first class on Feb 4th, 6-8pm you'll collect your pattern, choose your size and Aaronica will help you make any fitting modifications. Aaronica will also talk a bit about knits and tips for sewing them. You can begin to cut out your pattern and fabric if you have time that night or you'll do that for homework.
