Advanced beginner - Intro to Knits: Karla Lounge Set

In this 3 part advanced beginner class Aaronica aka Needle and the Belle will teach you how to sew knit fabric and you'll make a fantastic lounge set! If you're a bit intimidated to sew stretchy fabrics but want to, and you’d love to learn to use a serger, this class is a place to start. The Karla Loungeset from swimstyle patterns, XS - 5X (52" hip) features a boatneck neckline, billowy sleeve and wide-leg flowy pants with an elastic waistband. It's perfect for cozy, cold days around the house but chic enough to wear out as well.  In the first class you'll collect your pattern, choose your size and Aaronica will help you make any fitting modifications. Aaronica will also talk a bit about knits and tips for sewing them. You can begin to cut out your pattern and fabric if you have time that night or you'll do that for homework.
