All sterling silver, Kingman web The bracelet is about 12mm wide and 2mm thick. The stone is about 10x19 mm The inside of the bracelet measures about 5 1/2" plus a 1 1/8" gap = 6 5/8" total wrist size. This one is slightly adjustable. Bracelet Sizing The wrist size is the measured by taking a cloth tape measure around the portion of your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet. The bracelet size measurement is the TOTAL inner circumference of the bracelet. Total circumference refers to the total circular measurement: the end to end measurement (taken on the inside of the cuff bracelet) + the gap. That total measurement is the approximate size of wrist the bracelet will fit. For example, you will see measurements written like this, 5 1/2" plus a 1" gap = 6 1/2”.
