Wednesday, October 2nd, 6-8:30pm Munich Rules! with Dave $75 per person German food isn’t overly complicated, it’s hearty and robust with complex flavor combinations and just heavy enough to be the perfect food for this time of year! As Oktoberfest starts winding down, we wouldn’t want to miss out on re-creating these wonderful dishes you’d find at many of Munich’s Biergartens! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
