Cortney’s all new Fall Bowl & Salad recipes are sure to hit just the right note. In this class we’ll learn how to balance flavors and textures, while we pack our bodies full of the good stuff. Add more protein and make sure you’re getting your daily requirement of veggies with these delicious recipes. It’s a comfort food class without the guilt! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This class is vegetarian and can be amended to be vegan.
